2) Make sure you’re seeing a Disable button here if you are to enable your Adobe Flash Player. Enable Adobe Flash Player on Edge 1) Open Edge browser. On the top right corner, click the three-dot icon and then Settings. 2) Scroll down and click View advanced settings. 3) Make sure the option for Use Adobe Flash Player is on. 4) Refresh your web page to view the change.

Some browsers are comes built in with it's own version of Flash, you are not required to install a separate plugin to enable Flash in Chrome. Follow the steps below for enabling flash on all websites you visit or specific website domains.
Enable Adobe Flash Player in Chrome
Windows
In the address bar, type chrome://settings/content .
On the Content settings screen, find the Flash Player listing.
In order to check the status, click on the right side.
Here you can see 'Block site from running flash' , toggle the button to turn it on.
Go back to the page with the Flash content. If it doesn't load automatically, at the top left, click Reload.

Windows
Open Firefox
Choose Firefox > Tools > Add-ons
Or
Click the Tools option on the top-right of the screen (looks like three horizontal lines).
Select Plugins from left menu.
In the list of Add-ons, look for Shockwave Flash and check the status that appears to the right of the plug-in name.
Adobe Flash Player For Mac
In the list find Shockwave Flash and make sure it is set to Always Activate.
Close and Reload Chrome.

Update Flash Player
- Launch Internet Explorer.
- Click the gear icon and select Manage add-ons.
- Select Toolbars and Extensions.
- In the list find Shockwave Flash Object and make sure the Status is set to Enable.
- Click Close.
- Close and Reload Internet Explorer.
Enable Adobe Flash Player in Safari
- Launch Safari.
- Click Preferences and select the Security tab.
- Next to Internet plug-ins, make sure Allow Plug-ins is checked.
While you're here, make sure Enable JavaScript (next to Web Content) is checked as well. - Close the Preferences window.
- Close and Reload Safari.
